These terms govern your use of RadioHost Live (the “Service”), a mobile broadcasting app and streaming platform operated by Call Me Fred – adsyme Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08301982), 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
RadioHost Live lets you broadcast live audio from your phone, share a listener link, mix in jingles and music, and turn finished shows into on-demand replays. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
2. Your account
Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time code to verify your address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
3. Acceptable use and content rights
You retain ownership of the audio, names, artwork, and other content you broadcast or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights and licences for everything you broadcast — including, where required, music performance and reproduction licences (for example from PRS for Music, PPL, or the equivalent collecting societies in your country). You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content, or to harm the Service or other users.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
RadioHost Live is offered on a single paid plan at $99 per year, plus any applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and shown at checkout. New stations start with a 7-day free trial; no charge is taken until the trial ends and you choose to subscribe.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
5. Refund & cancellation policy
Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your station stays on air through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
14-day right to cancel (consumers). If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund, unless you have asked us to begin the service immediately and have started using it, in which case this right may no longer apply.
How refunds work. Refunds are handled case by case and processed through Paddle. We generally do not refund unused time on an active subscription, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with a feature, but we will always honour your statutory rights and will help resolve genuine technical problems. We may decline a refund where we find evidence of fraud or refund abuse. To request a refund or cancel, contact hello@radiositemaker.com.
6. Fair-use listening limits
The paid plan includes a generous annual allowance of listener-hours (one listener tuned in for one hour equals one listener-hour). The exact allowance is shown on your dashboard and on our home page. If a station consistently exceeds the allowance we may contact you about a suitable arrangement; we may temporarily limit new listener connections once the allowance for the period is reached.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live broadcasting depends on your device, microphone, and network connection.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost broadcasts, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. On termination your access ends and content may be deleted after a short grace period (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
